The Core Business Monthly Support Plan Includes: Annual budget planning. Quarterly reports of all systems. End-of-life hardware and software forecasting. Monday - Friday 8 AM to 6 PM technical support Management and also setup of system updates on computers, servers, and networking equipment. Security planning includes prevention, detection, and recovery. ***Pricing is set based on the number of computers, servers, and users. Individual consultation is needed to determine fair pricing.*** During this consultation, we will discuss: 1. The current pain points your business is experiencing with your existing technology. 2. The future goals that technology can help get you to. 3. Evaluate your business's support needs, including regulatory compliance needs such as HIPAA and PCI. 4. Discuss modern security procedures to protect against stolen and ransomed data.
